This is a unique and dynamic full-time role is perfect for an individual who desires to work with people and help them succeed. 
Candidates must display high energy, exceptional organization and the ability to communicate in a clear and succinct way.
 
Memory and notetaking to facilitate progressive conversations and truly valuable relationships are essential.
 
Communication skills both written and verbal will be the key determining factor for success.
 
Must be willing to invest (time) heavily in going through our programs and truly becoming an expert in the models and systems we teach. We are open to individuals who have had business of their own in the past or have had career experience that lends itself well to the key career requirements.
 
A love of continuous learning and being open to coaching, mentoring and feedback is 100% necessary.
 
This role will spend a lot of time on social media relationship building and will also be expected to get on connection calls and sales calls with prospects.
We will also be expecting you to go Live inside our FB group daily. These lives can be as short as 2 mins – but you are expected to show up and be present inside there for nurture and positioning. 
 
Must be hungry to perform above and beyond.
 
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
– Funnel warm leads and generate new leads into all conversion events (online workshops, phone calls which you will be responsible for having and closing on, etc)
– Funnel warm leads and generate new leads into the Facebook community
– Support list-building objectives organically to meet monthly targets
– Nurture leads inside a private Facebook group to keep engaged and participating
– Lead on social messaging prospects for our program (Primarily Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)
– Building an individual database of leads and executing on regular follow up and nurture, directing leads into conversion events, etc
– Following set metrics-based tracking system for all sales and marketing activities and reporting/recapping progress to CEO daily
 
 
Metrics for success:
– List-building and community building metrics met by week and by month
– Weekly social messaging and lead generation
– Consultations scheduled metrics met
– Sales pounds (£) closed each week/during launches
– Increased engagement by ideal leads on social media
– Increased viewers/listeners/consumers across all audio/video content
 
Results based on responsibilities and hitting metrics:
– Adding a minimum of 10 qualified leads to our pipeline each day (FB Group, email list, social media, etc) (250 working days to hit 2,500) (2% conversion rate) Every 200 leads should = 1 Sale
– Close a minimum of 1 sale per day (2,610 qualified leads in database averages to 1 sale/workday)
– Achieve minimums in agreed-upon sales growth schedule
– Converting a minimum of 35 leads of yours into clients each month in and out of launches
– Converting 50 clients per Live Launch or other main conversion events
– Building a qualified lead list for yourself of 2500 leads that you will engage with ongoing, comments on content, direct message and ultimately close
– Hit minimum messaging requirements daily [200 daily/1,000 weekly]
 
Expectations:
– Very high attention to detail
– Great standard of written English. You will be DM-ing a lot and grammar and spelling must be highly accurate (we do provide Grammarly for you)
– Clear spoken English. You will be required to have Zoom calls with prospects to close them, therefore you must be clear in your spoken English and appear professionally on video calls.
 
 
Salary & Hours
We are Living Wage Affiliated Employers
Starting basic salary of £19,000 plus sales commission – 5-10% of sale
Full time (40 hours pw)
 
You will need to be flexible and perform above and beyond commitment to completion during launches. Launch weeks (10 days) require long hours but it is possible to hit over 5-figures in commissions during a launch month. Launch weeks happen every 6-8 weeks and holidays cannot be taken during launch weeks.

Position Title
Profit Advisor
Basic Role Description
This role is for a bookkeeper/accountant to act as a financial coach for clients (which we call a Profit Advisor) 
You will have weekly calls with clients in their first 6 weeks of onboarding, then monthly calls thereafter. These calls have a structure to them. 
You will support our clients building our their Profit Plans (forecast) and review these with your clients monthly
You will review the Profit Plan versus actuals with clients on monthly calls. 
You will be responsible for generating referrals from existing clients 
You will be responsible for getting on “fitting” (sales) calls and closing clients into both the Business Wealth Academy and as Accounting clients. 
You will be responsible for participating in our BWA launches every 6-8 weeks through DM conversations and tagging prospects in live sessions
You will be required to to go live in our FB Group 2-weekly initially, then moving to weekly as a minimum. 
Results Statement
This position is accountable for producing the following results…
To guide, support and push for continuous progress as Business Wealth Academy Members go through our intensive business programs and our Accounting clients work with us.
The aim is to get our client, initially to a profit increase of £20k per annum.
Work Listing
Strategic Work:
  1.  Coming up with innovative ideas, suggestions and proactive actions to be taken to grow and improve our client experience
Tactical Work:
  1. Weekly calls with accounting clients during 6 week onboarding following our call structure
  2.  Monthly ongoing strategy and support calls with accounting clients following our call structure
  3. Weekly calls with our Business Wealth Academy members (20 min 1-2-1’s which they can book if they want one) 
  4. FB Live in FB Group starting at 2 times per month and going up to weekly.
  5. Taking “fitting calls” with prospective clients following our call structure 
  6. Proactively reaching out to each of your members/clients 3x per month (between calls)
  7. Learn Member Site inside and out
  8. Documentation on progress of each member/client you spoke to and team communication around next steps
  9. Soliciting feedback and escalating questions concerns and feedback
  10. Yielding consistent referrals and introductions to new potential clients from existing ones

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The Executive Assistant will have the following primary responsibilities:
* Meeting management including preparing agendas, downloading financial reports, taking notes, distributing action items, and arranging follow ups with team members
* Communicating on the CEO’s behalf both internally and externally
* Email management on behalf of the CEO 
* Running virtual errands (will include making phone calls) and attending online meetings multiple times per week
* Complex calendar management and scheduling (both personally and professionally) on behalf of the CEO 
* Varying personal and professional administrative tasks including, but not limited to, booking appointments, research projects, coordinating travel, and ordering gifts/flowers,
etc.
* Light project management 
* Weekly reporting for internal purposes
 
PROFICIENCIES
Details: The CEO’s EA will have a high attention to detail and accuracy. Clients rely on our attention to detail and everyone in the organisation is required to ensure that their attention to detail is high. 
 
Quality Communication: The EA must be an excellent communicator, in both written and oral form. This includes proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation. This also includes being able to take a large amount of information and summarize it quickly both in writing and orally on a regular basis. You must also be able to track communication (and be very responsive) across multiple channels without losing any details. Those channels could include virtual video calls, Slack messages, and/or emails.
 
High Level of Discretion: Since our EA will regularly work with confidential information, discretion and sensitivity regarding financial information is a must. Team Player: In addition to working directly with the CEO, the EA will also work with members of company. They’ll need to be able to collaborate and communicate well with team members, maintaining a can-do spirit and not complaining, making excuses, or gossiping.
 
Anticipating Needs: As a part of our commitment to enabling our CEO to serve our company and clients at the top of her game, our EA will strive to anticipate needs and eliminate friction at work and home whenever possible. This means you know how to stay five steps ahead of your leader, clearing the path for her to make his greatest contribution.
 
Affinity for Technology: Our executive assistant will be technologically savvy and will not be intimidated by learning new technology. Proficiency in the following tech platforms is ideal:  Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, Asana.

Business hours are (UK time) Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
 
We have a daily check in call at 9am which you will be required to be available for each day (M-F).
 
Holiday – 20 days per year plus bank holidays and paid birthday holiday day.
