You think you need more clients?
In most cases you don't.
What you do need is a strong understanding of the DATA in your business.
Because unless you REALLY know and understand...
  • Your cost per client
  • Your cost per lead 
  • Your client lifetime value
  • Your average client monthly spend 
  • Your profit per client 
Then you cannot know if more clients will "fix” the issues or in fact, make them even worse.

EVERYTHING in your business is linked to profit
When making decisions about the direction of your business, your pricing and even if you should take on that new client or not (yes - not taking them on, even if they want to work with you, is sometimes the right decision), it ALL comes back to money, if you want to be financially healthy.
