WHY I LOVE TO DELEGATE

I know that a lot of business owners struggle with delegating.

I LOVE it...and here’s why...

I build my team with awesome people...people who are great at what they do...and I want them to use their skills and knowledge to work in their zone of genius and deliver awesome results...whether that be on the client delivery side or helping me on my business growth.

Do I always get the hiring decisions right?

Nope

Do I always chose the right people?

Nope

Do I always manage to find people who deliver to the high standards I expect?

Nope

But do I let that stop me finding and growing a team of amazing people?

Of course not.

Do I learn from those less than great hires?

Of course I do

Do I implement what l learn to reduce the chances of a wonky hire going forward?

Of course I do

And do I believe that I will have a completely awesome team of people who are at the top of their game?

Of course I do

And that is why I am doing to continue to hire and continue to delegate and continue to scale my business.

Because I believe that in bringing in awesome people to my business not only do I grow my business but it also means we can help even more clients achieve awesome results too.

We can reach WAY more people with a brilliant team, than we can on our own...and I am here to do that...I am here to make sure than no business owner has to suffer with a business that is not making them money...that no business owner has to live off the financial scrapes of their business...and to make sure that EVERY business owner has a business that is a money making machine.
